30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Fineprint Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
- Contact our support team via the in-app support link and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time via paddle.net or your in-app billing link. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your Pro access remains active during Paddle's retry window and you'll see a banner in the app. If the retries are unsuccessful, your subscription is cancelled and you return to the Free plan.
